Accessibility statement

Service accessibility

We are working to improve access to VibeCare information and inquiries. The implementation target is Israeli Standard SI 5568 at AA level and applicable service requirements. This is not a conformity certificate or a statement that a complete accessibility audit has been performed.

Code improvements

The website includes a skip link, heading structure, field labels, native controls, visible focus, improved contrast, form status announcements, Hebrew and English direction support, and reduced motion based on device preferences. There are no content images in the pages; decorative symbols are hidden from assistive technology.

Keyboard navigation

Tab and Shift+Tab move among controls and links; Enter activates a link or button; Space toggles consent; arrow keys operate select controls. The first skip link takes users to the main content.

Review limitations

Source code was reviewed and defined color contrast ratios calculated. A full manual browser review using keyboard, screen reader and magnification, and a review of external services, have not been completed. This statement does not claim that all scenarios or standard requirements have passed.

Accessibility requests

Use the inquiry form and choose the appropriate topic. Include the page, difficult action and, if convenient, assistive technology or browser. No medical diagnosis is needed. If the form itself is inaccessible, use the contact channel provided in your service relationship. Additional direct business contact details and accessibility arrangements for services outside the website have not yet been published; this remains an open gap.
