Privacy policy

About this policy and contacting us
This policy describes information handling on VibeCare, a website for technical audits, stabilization and maintenance. Use the inquiry form and choose the appropriate topic for privacy, access or correction requests. The operator’s legal identity and direct contact details have not yet been completed on the site and need to be added.
Information and purposes
The form requires an email address and a short message to assess and answer your inquiry. Project name, technology and request category are optional. No full name, phone, government identifier or payment information is needed. Providing information is voluntary; we cannot reply through the form without a valid email and message.
Technical information
Hosting and security infrastructure process connection information such as IP address, page address and request time. The form uses IP addresses in temporary memory for a one-minute rate-limit window. Inquiries are not saved in a website database. Delivery diagnostics record status and a general failure reason without inquiry text or email addresses. Infrastructure provider logs are separate.
Providers and transfers
Only when you submit, the server sends your email address, inquiry and consent record to Resend for delivery to the operator’s email inbox. This is a server-to-server transfer; the private destination address is not sent to your browser. No automatic email is sent to you. The email provider and hosting and security providers participate in processing. Hosting uses Cloudflare infrastructure. Processing may occur outside Israel. Resend’s policy is linked below. Processing details and arrangements with each provider depend on its service and configuration; form consent does not replace the operator’s legal duties.
Consent and use
The form checkbox authorizes processing the inquiry for a reply, without marketing emails. The consent wording, policy version and receipt time accompany the inquiry. Measurement consent is separate: you do not need to accept measurement to submit an inquiry.
Attribution and measurement
UTM campaign parameters, the landing-page path and referring domain are held in page memory and included with the inquiry to understand its source. Click identifiers such as fbclid, gclid or oppref accompany the inquiry only with measurement consent. When Meta Pixel or Google Analytics 4 is configured, it loads only after an affirmative choice and measures page views and submitted inquiries. Measurement providers may process IP addresses, browser details, page URLs and cookie identifiers outside Israel. The website code does not send them inquiry text or email addresses. There is no session recording or server-side conversion API. You can decline or withdraw consent through Measurement preferences in every page footer.
Retention and security
The inquiry is delivered by email; closing your browser does not delete it. Resend’s documentation states that email content and logs are retained for 30 days on its Free plan; retention in the destination inbox and other providers’ systems is separate. This website has no automated deletion mechanism for the inbox or provider systems, so it does not promise deletion within a fixed period. You may request deletion, subject to applicable retention duties and legal rights. Do not send passwords, API keys, health information or project users’ records. Any access needed for later services must be arranged separately through an appropriate channel.
Your rights
Israeli law provides rights to access personal information and request correction, subject to its conditions. You can also request deletion, cessation of use or withdrawal of consent; the scope depends on applicable law and circumstances. Proportionate identity verification may be needed. Withdrawal does not undo previously lawful processing. Where GDPR applies, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and supervisory-authority complaint rights may also apply. Where CCPA applies, rights may include knowledge, access, correction, deletion, non-discrimination and opting out of sale or sharing.
Applicable laws
Israeli privacy law, including Amendment 13 effective August 14, 2025, is relevant to personal information processed by an Israeli business. Mere availability in Europe or English text does not automatically trigger GDPR: EU establishment, targeted offers to people in the EU or monitoring their behavior there must be assessed. CCPA requires assessment of California business activity, statutory thresholds and relationships with other entities. Not all business facts needed for a final determination have been verified.
Changes
The date at the top identifies this policy version. Adding measurement, advertising or another provider requires a new review and updated notice and consent controls where necessary.
