Using the website
The website presents VibeCare services and accepts initial inquiries. An inquiry, displayed price or button click is not an order, service contract or payment authorization. Work requires a separate proposal and agreement identifying the supplier, scope, total price, schedule and cancellation terms.
Scope and pricing
An audit is a limited-scope review, not a full penetration test, legal opinion or regulatory certification. Remediation, stabilization and maintenance are priced separately unless agreed otherwise. Response times, service hours and responsibilities are defined in the agreement. Obtain the final price including applicable taxes before committing.
Professional limitations
There is no promise to identify every vulnerability, prevent every fault, provide uninterrupted availability or achieve a particular business result. Recommendations depend on supplied information, access and review scope. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
System access and rights
Do not submit secrets or customer records through the form. System testing and changes require appropriate authorization and agreed scope. Rights in existing code, third-party components and new deliverables must be addressed in the service agreement and applicable licenses.
Permitted use and intellectual property
Do not disrupt the website, impersonate others or submit information without permission. Protected content may only be copied as permitted by law or license. Named tools belong to their owners and indicate potential technical compatibility, not partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.
Law and preserved rights
Israeli law governs services in Israel without overriding mandatory provisions of other applicable laws. The cancellation policy does not remove non-waivable consumer rights. These terms do not impose an exclusive venue that removes a user’s mandatory rights.
