Cancellations and refunds

Before an order

There is no checkout or payment processing on this website. Sending an inquiry creates no payment obligation. Before work, obtain a written proposal with total price, supplier identity and contact details, scope, start date and cancellation terms.

How to request cancellation

Use the inquiry form, choose the appropriate topic and briefly identify the service and request. Do not send card details or identity-document images. You may also use the contact methods provided in the agreement or disclosure document. The form does not restrict cancellation channels required by law, including telephone, registered mail, email or other applicable methods. If submission fails, use the transaction contact details and keep a record.

Israeli consumer transactions

Where an Israeli consumer distance-service transaction falls under the Consumer Protection Law, statutory cancellation rights apply. Generally, service cancellation is available within 14 days of the transaction or receipt of the disclosure document, whichever is later. A non-continuing service generally requires cancellation at least two non-rest days before performance; continuing-service rights may apply after service begins. Conditions, exceptions and additional rights apply, including a four-month period for legally specified groups where the conditions are met, including a conversation in a distance transaction.

Fees and repayment

For a lawful cancellation not caused by a defect, mismatch, late supply or another supplier breach, cancellation fees may be charged only where permitted and within statutory limits—generally the lower of 5% of the transaction price and NIS 100. No cancellation fee applies where prohibited. A continuing service already started may entail lawful proportionate payment for service supplied. Where a distance-sale refund obligation applies, repayment must occur within 14 days of the cancellation notice under the law.

Business services and individual agreements

Purchases for business use are not necessarily consumer transactions. Cancellation terms for business audits, stabilization or maintenance are set out in the approved proposal, distinguishing completed work from future work. There is no blanket “no refunds” rule here, and neither this policy nor an individual term removes mandatory legal rights.
